The Land Commission have not taken possession of the holding of Michael O'Toole, as the compensation payable to the tenant for resumption has not yet been fixed by the Appeal Tribunal. A scheme for the division of the lands will be prepared as soon as possible, but until this scheme has been completed and settled it will not be possible to say when the lands will be divided.
