The county manager has presented a scheme which, in the special circumstances of Kildare, must be very carefully considered. The scheme involves a general rearrangement of the duties of the present technical staff. Apart from this it is incomplete as regards the remuneration of the staff under the altered conditions. A decision will be given at an early date.
