There is no record in my Department of any application having been made by Mr. James Davern, Toher Road, Doon, County Limerick, under the Military Service Pensions Acts, or the Army Pensions Acts. If the Deputy will furnish me with further particulars, including the address from which any such application was made, and the reference number of any correspondence, I will have further inquiries made in the matter.
