asked the Minister for Lands if he will state what steps, if any, the Land Commission have taken towards the resumption of the lands of Patrick Flannery, at Curralea, Lavally, Tuam—Captain Quintin Dick estate, County Galway.
The Land Commission propose to resume the holding of Patrick Flannery in the townland of Curralea on the estate of Quintin Dick, Record No. 3260, County Galway, and have published notice of their intention to do so. In view of the emergency conditions, however, they are not at present in a position to continue proceedings for resumption of this holding.
