As the Deputy was informed in reply to his previous question on 2nd April, 1941, the Land Commission heard and allowed the owner's objection to the acquisition of the Alexander estate, Ballinabrannagh, and consequently the proceedings came to an end. No further proceedings for the acquisition of this estate have been instituted or are at present contemplated.
