The power of prescribing the places at which Circuit Court judges sit is not vested in the Minister for Justice. The District Court, which has already a fairly extensive jurisdiction, sits regularly at Strokestown. A further increase in the jurisdiction of that court is in contemplation and will, I think, meet this case and similar cases which have been brought to my notice.
