asked the Minister for Justice if he will state, in respect of the years 1946 and 1947, respectively, the number of persons, other than those tried summarily, who have been convicted of offences, distinguishing, in each case, those who have been convicted by a Special Criminal Court, a Military Tribunal, and the ordinary courts; and further, whether he will state, in respect of those convicted, in any such court, the number of persons in whose cases there was any allegation of membership of or association with an unlawful organisation.
