Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Fáilte, Teoranta.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state, in respect of Fáilte, Teoranta: (a) the names of the directors; (b) the remuneration paid to each director; (c) the authorised capital of the company; (d) if shares in the company have been offered to the public, and if so, the nominal value of the shares; and (e) the objects of the company.

(a) The names of the directors of Fáilte, Teoranta, are:— John P. O'Brien, Thomas Condon, James P. Digby, Sheila Mary Huggard, Martin Mortell, Kevin Mulcahy and Frank O'Beirne; (b) no remuneration is paid to any director; (c) the authorised capital of the company is £5,000, divided into 5,000 shares of £1 each; (d) shares in the company have not been offered to the public; (e) the principal objects of the company are to build, establish, equip and operate hotels, guest houses, holiday hostels, youth hostels, holiday camps, swimming pools, baths, sports grounds, club houses, pavilions, etc. All the objects of the company are set out in the memorandum of association, a copy of which has been lodged with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies.
