The Land Commission have instituted proceedings for the resumption of the holding of Patrick Cunningham (formerly of John Kennedy) in the townland of Gortskehy, the subject of Receivable Order No. T.484/3 on the estate of Gilmartin, Record No. S.6513, County Mayo. A petition against resumption has been lodged by the tenant and will be listed for hearing by the Land Commission in due course.
