asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will furnish (a) the names of the members of the Road Traffic Advisory Board who advise him concerning complaints arising under Section 169 of the Road Traffic Act, 1933; (b) the date on which such members were appointed, and (c) the period for which they were appointed.

The Road Traffic Act (Advisory Body Regulations) Order, 1933, provides that the members of the Road Traffic Advisory Board shall hold office for one year and are eligible for reappointment. The members of the present board and the dates on which they were first appointed are as follows:—
Mr. Joseph Ingram (chairman), 19th October, 1935; Mr. J.C.M. Eason, 29th April, 1939; Mr. J.B. Martin, 24th November, 1945; Mr. William Murphy, 9th January, 1947; Mr. James Mitchell, 30th April, 1948.
