As already announced in the Press, permits will be issued to persons in this country for the export of gift turkeys to immediate relatives in Great Britain.
It is not proposed to issue licences for the export of gift parcels of butter and other dairy produce, meat and eggs, save for health reasons in exceptional circumstances.
