asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will state the number of persons in receipt of old age pensions on 31st October, 1949, in each of the following income groups, viz.: (1) under £15 12s. 6d.; (2) between £15 12s. 6d. and £22 2s. 6d.; (3) between £22 2s. 6d. and £28 12s. 6d.; (4) between £28 12s. 6d. and £35 2s. 6d.; (5) between £35 2s. 6d. and £41 12s. 6d., and (6) between £41 12s. 6d. and £52 5s. 0d.
