Vol. 119 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Repair of County Kerry Sea Wall.

asked the Minister for Lands whether he is aware that, owing to a recent breach in the sea wall at Cromane, County Kerry, there is a danger that all houses in the adjacent village will be swept away; and, if so, whether he will sanction a special grant for the repair of the sea wall at the earliest possible date.

The Land Commission have no liability for the repair of the sea wall at Cromane, but the question of providing assistance towards the cost of repairing the wall is under consideration.
