Vol. 120 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cancer Consultative Council.

asked the Minister for Health if, in view of the importance of the cancer problem and the degree of public interest in it, he will have the report of the Cancer Consultative Council published at an early date.

Copies of the report are available in the Library of the House and, on application to my Department, copies have been, and will be, supplied to interested parties. It is not the normal practice to publish reports of consultative councils, which are furnished for my special guidance. The report of the Consultative Cancer Council is, in the main, a technical document presented by a body of experts.

I take it that any doctor who would like to see it, can get it?

Certainly.
