Ordinarily, the development of industries in Gaeltacht areas is a matter for the attention of the Minister for Lands. The Industrial Development Authority has already been asked to pay particular attention to the question of industrial development in rural areas and the position of Connemara will be kept in view in the consideration by the authority of any industries suitable for establishment in that area.
