Expert advice and consultation as to method and machinery may be necessary before the Land Commission can reconsider the matter in the light of the present position.

The embankments on the Fergus in the vicinity of Ballynacragga are in good repair. There is no embankment in Ballynacragga, and any flooding in that townland is due to neglect of the drains. The cleaning and maintenance of the drains is not a matter for the Land Commission.
