asked the Minister for Justice if he will state the number of decrees given in (1) Dublin District Courts, and (2) Dublin Circuit Court for (a) non-payment of rent; (b) ejectments for overholding; (c) hire-purchase defaults; (d) goods sold and delivered for the years to 1st December, 1947, 1948, 1949 and 1950, or the nearest convenient dates.

Following is the statement:—
Decrees granted in (1) the Dublin Metropolitan District Court and (2) the Dublin Circuit Court during each of the four years ended on the 31st July, 1950, in respect of (a) non-payment of rent; (b) ejectments for overholding; (c) hire-purchase defaults; (d) goods sold and delivered.
