The Sea Fisheries Association are erecting a small fishmeal plant at Killybegs, County Donegal, in order to test the possibilities for such plants at some of the leading fishing centres. Until sufficient experience has been had of the results accruing from the operation of that unit, I would not feel justified in asking the association to consider the setting up of a fishmeal plant elsewhere.
