Proposals for the acquisition by agreement of sites for disposal works at Maynooth and Leixlip have recently been submitted by the sanitary authority to my Department. I have approved of the proposals with regard to the Maynooth site and I am in communication with the sanitary authority in respect of the proposed site at Leixlip.
