asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been directed to complaints and allegations made by a member of Laoighis County Council concerning the administration of the Portlaoighise Mental Hospital, and if he is aware that the person in question requested a sworn inquiry into the official conduct of the affairs of the board and that the board requested the councillor in question to prove his allegations to the board, which he refused to do; and, if so, if he will state whether it is proposed to hold the inquiry and when.
