asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state (a) the number of persons who have (to the last convenient date) visited the United States in connection with An Tóstal; (b) the number of man-days so spent; and (c) the sterling equivalent of the dollars spent on (i) travelling; (ii) hotel, and (iii) other expenses.
With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 6 and 7 together.
The organisation of An Tóstal is a matter for An Bord Fáilte and the publicity for the event is carried out by Fógra Fáilte. I do not intervene in the details of the arrangements made by either of these boards and I have no information on the subject matter of the Deputy's questions.
