asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Gilmore estate at Ballymana has been acquired by the Land Commission, the number of acres concerned and purchase price; and, further, whether these lands will be divided soon amongst local deserving applicants.
Written Answer. - Acquisition of County Dublin Estate.
The lands in question comprising 220 acres 3 roods 18 perches were resumed on 31st December, 1952. The resumption price has not yet beenfixed. It is not possible at present to state when the lands will be allotted but the claims of local applicants will receive due consideration.
