Representations urging the acquisition of several holdings near Lissyconor have been received and are being considered; no decision has yet been taken.
In the last two seasons the Land Commission have enlarged or rearranged 27 holdings in townlands adjoining Lissyconor and they are considering what further steps can be taken either by acquisition or by migration to relieve congestion.
