Outline proposals for this scheme were submitted by the sanitary authority on 11th November, and were approved by me on the 21st. It will not be possible to advertise the scheme for tenders until the contract documents have been prepared and approved and arrangements for the acquisition of any necessary lands and water rights have been made by the sanitary authority.
