asked the Minister for Local Government whether any of the contractors who submitted tenders to the Mayo County Council for the completion of road works were sued by that council on account of noncompliance with the terms of the contracts, or for not having completed the contracts.
asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state in respect of Mayo County Council the amount expended in each financial year 1949-50 to date on (a) the purchase of new machinery for quarries and (b) the repair and maintenance of quarry machinery.
asked the Minister for Local Government if in relation to work on the repair of roads and bridges, he will state in respect of Mayo County Council (a) the total wages paid to men employed on the direct labour works, (b) the total paid in respect of contract works, in the financial years 1954-55 to 1955-56.
