asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he is aware that hotels certified and approved by Bord Fáilte Éireann are, in some isolated cases, taking advantage of the unorganised administrative staffs, i.e., receptionists, book-keepers, etc., in the matter of wages, hours, and conditions of employment, and if he will ensure, if necessary by the introduction of legislation, that this practice will not continue.
