I am informed that advertisements inviting tenders for the civil engineering works on this scheme were published between the 13th and 18th June, 1957, that the county manager's order for the acceptance of a tender was made on the 27th September, 1957, and that the Kerry County Council is still in communication with the tenderers with a view to obtaining signature of the contract.
