The contractor was notified by the Commissioners of Public Works of the acceptance of his tender for the erection of this school on 24th October, 1958. Work has commenced and is due to be completed by 31st July, 1959.
Will the Parliamentary Secretary take my word for it that I visited that site on my way here this morning and work has not commenced?
