O'Higgins asked the Minister for Local Government whether he is aware that the polluted river Camac as it flows through Drimnagh, Inchicore and Kilmainham, Dublin, is a danger to public health and an attraction to thousands of rats an other vermin which inhabit its banks; and, if so, if he will impress upon the local authorities concerned the urgent necessity of preventing the pollution of this river and of culverting it.
