Twelve proposals have been submitted by the Cork County Council. In no case was an indication given of the cost involved. The proposals are being examined in the Economic Development Branch of my Department in conjunction with similar proposals submitted by other local authorities subsequent to the beginning of October, 1959. When a decision has been taken on their proposals, the Council will be notified.
