I am informed by C.I.E. that the total cost of floating the issue of £3 million 5 per cent. Transport Stock, 1970/75, was £29,160, which arose as follows: (i) Underwriting commission, £18,750; (ii) Brokerage, £7,419; (iii) Other expenses, including advertising, £2,991; total £29,160.
