Since 1st January, 1961, the Forestry Division of my Department has disposed of 11½ acres of land in Co. Wexford. In that period, areas totalling 450 acres were the subject of short-term grazing lettings and other areas totalling 37 acres were being let in conacre at State forests in the county.
Where were the 11½ acres located?
In Ballyduff.
Could the Minister say if there was any land in the Bree area disposed of or let by his Department?
Not disposed of. The only land disposed of in the county, which is the subject matter of the question, was 11½ acres to which I have referred and that land was disposed of to the Land Commission for their purposes.
