Vol. 194 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Limerick Hospital Proposals.

10.

asked the Minister for Health what proposals, if any, he has with regard to the sanatorium at Limerick City and the Orthopaedic Hospital at Croom, County Limerick.

Certain possibilities which might affect the use of these institutions are being investigated. It would not be appropriate to make any definite statement in the matter pending the outcome of the investigation and any consequential discussions with the health authority.

Is the Minister prepared to consult with the Limerick Health Authority before any changes are made?

The answer says that. Discussions with the Health Authority will have to take place.
