Costs amounting to £101. 7. 4 in respect of his second habeas corpus action and £219. 16.— in respect of his appeal to the Court of Criminal Appeal have been awarded but not yet certified for payment. No Bill of Costs has yet been furnished in respect of Dr. Singer's second trial.
