asked the Minister for Finance the amounts issued out of the Capital Fund by way of (a) advances and (b) other payments from its inception to date, the persons to whom such advances were made, the rate of interest charged, the terms of repayment of such advances, and the reasons such payments (other than advances) were made.

As the reply is in the form of a tabular statement, I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to have it circulated with the Official Report.
