asked the Minister for Local Government if with reference to a reply of 3rd April, 1962, rents have been finally fixed for the Marian Park housing scheme, Dundalk; and, if so, when his sanction for the final figures was sought; and what rent was finally fixed.

Proposals for finally fixing the rents in respect of the scheme of 156 houses at Marian Park, Dundalk, for which provisional rents had previously been approved, were submitted by the housing authority for my approval on 5th March last. The proposals provided for a rent of 20/9d. in respect of 154 houses and 13/9d. in respect of 2 houses. My approval to these proposals was conveyed to the housing authority by letter of 19th March.
