asked the Minister for Lands (a) the names and addresses of the estates in North Tipperary which have been acquired by the Land Commission for reallocation, (b) the date on which each estate was acquired, (c) the approximate date on which each will be reallocated and (d) if cottiers adjacent to each estate will be considered.

Land Commission records are not compiled by reference to constituency areas. The reply, which relates to Co. Tipperary as a whole, is in the form of a tabular statement which I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to circulate with the Official Report.

The estates at 5, 9, 10, 12, 17 and 18 above appear to be in North Tipperary.
It is not practicable, just at this time of year to indicate the particular estates which will be ready for distribution during the next allotment season. As many as possible of the above estates will be allotted before 31st March, next.
The claims of all eligible applicants will be fully considered by the Land Commissioners before allotment takes place.
