The Westmeath County Health District Purchase Scheme (No. 2) 1961 was sanctioned by me on 20th December last. The local authority then proceeded to prepare the final documents relating to the Scheme which, when satisfactorily completed, were presented to Dáil Éireann in accordance with statutory procedure on 24th May. An Order bringing the Scheme into force is now being prepared.
