Vol. 196 No. 18

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 1, 5, 3, (Vote No. 44), 6, 7, 8, 3 (Vote No. 3). Questions will be taken at 3 p.m. It is not proposed to interrupt Public Business to take Private Deputies' Business.

In relation to No. 3—Vote No. 3—in the unlikely event of our finishing the other business before Questions, do I understand that we shall adjourn until Questions and that the Taoiseach's Estimate will be taken immediately after Questions? It would be unfair to interrupt the Taoiseach.

In the very unlikely event of the other business being finished before Questions, the Dáil will adjourn until 3 p.m.

And take the Taoiseach's Estimate immediately after Questions?

I thank the Deputy.

On another matter, does the Minister for Industry and Commerce not intend to introduce the Companies Bill before we adjourn?

The Deputy has slipped up there at least. It has been introduced.

Hurrah! I am willingly caught out on that.
