37.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will give details of the housing activities or proposals of the Dublin County Council awaiting sanction, in any form, in his Department, including in particular (a) building or development schemes and their location, (b) the location of each specific instance proposal, including the eligibility of nominees, (c) the acquisition of land for building, open spaces, parks or amenity schemes, and (d) tenders for works; if sanction has been refused or delayed in any case in the past year; and, if so, the reason why.

Erection of one unserviced cottage on each of the following nominee sites: Wyanstown, Oldtown; Clonmethan, Oldtown; Belgee, Naul; Curragh West, Naul; Wyestown, Oldtown; and Damastown, Naul. The eligibility of the nominees is a matter for the housing authority.

(2) Proposals of acquisition of land.

(a) Compulsory Purchase (Labourers Acts) No. 1 Order, 1962, for the acquisition of sites at Lusk for 10 cottages. Public Local Inquiry arranged for 22/1/1963.

(b) Acquisition of site of 2 rds. 22 pers. for one cottage at Tootenhill, Rathcoole.

(c) Acquisition of site of 4 acres 3 rds. 27 pers. at Porterstown, Castleknock for housing purposes.
