The number of persons who availed themselves of the National Mass-Radiography Association's service was 265,085 in 1960, 261,828 in 1961, and 284,737 in 1962. The association operates in all areas except Cork where the local health authority provides its own mass-radiography service. The number who availed themselves of that service in each of the three years was 15,578, 15,016 and 19,208 respectively.
