I do not consider that a useful purpose would be served by the employment of resources on the exercise suggested by the Deputy. While, on occasion, it may be useful and desirable to produce data of the type he suggests in respect of certain specific projects it is both difficult and of doubtful value to make estimates of this kind for widely different activities of the type he has mentioned.
