Of 281 acres acquired by the Land Commission on this estate, the arable portion, containing 174 acres, has been allotted. It is not yet possible to indicate when the balance of the property which comprises the bog referred to will be allocated but there will be no avoidable delay. Seasonal turbary lettings are being made pending development and allotment of the bog; last year 33 persons were so accommodated.
