asked the Minister for Agriculture if he is aware that the announcement by Bord Bainne of an increase in the milk levy of .375 pence per gallon has caused serious discontent among dairy farmers; and, if so, whether, in view of the urgent need to reorganise and expand the creamery industry, this increase will be borne by the Exchequer rather than by the dairy farmer.
