asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state in respect of the Dublin County Council house No. 66, St. Maelruan's Park, Tallaght (a) the date upon which it was built; (b) by whom it was built; (c) the cost of building it; (d) the date upon which it was approved by the Council as being properly built; (e) the date upon which the defective window collapsed; (f) the nature of the defect in the windowframe which caused it to collapse; (g) the dates upon which the Council caused the window to be painted and repaired from the time of its first erection to the date of collapse; (h) whether the collapsed condition of the window was reported by any employee of, or contractor employed by, the Council, and, if so, when and by whom; (i) the estimated cost of repairing the window; (j) the dates upon which inspectors from the Council inspected the window subsequent to receiving complaints about its condition, and the cost of such inspections, including the cost of such inspectors' salaries while so engaged; (k) the amount of any Government grants or subsidies paid in respect of the capital cost or rent of the house; and (1) the first date upon which there is an entry in the records of the Council concerning the collapsed window.
