The compulsory purchase order already submitted by Dublin Corporation relates to the acquisition of 29 properties in which 28 parties are shown in the order to have interests. I understand that agreement has been reached by the Corporation with 13 of the parties as to the compensation to be paid if and when their lands are acquired. As the Deputy is aware, the compulsory purchase order already submitted provides for the acquisition of part only of the lands required for the scheme and the Corporation are preparing a further order to acquire the remaining lands.
