I would refer the Deputy to the reply given by me to Question No. 49 by Deputy McLaughlin on 7th instant which indicated that the arrangements for the discharge of the work in this area were considered to be satisfactory. There has been no significant change in the position in the meantime. There is at present no undue delay in connection with the payment of grants.
