The estimated amount of rates leviable per head of the population in 1965-66 is £10-11-6. The amount collected per head in rates in 1963-64 was £8-13-7; in 1961-62, £8-4-8; in 1959-60, £7-7-9; in 1957-58, £6-18-7; and 1955-56, £6-2-6.
