I am aware of one proposal for the establishment of an industrial project in Sligo. There is no proposal for the establishment of an industrial project in County Leitrim at present before my Department or the Industrial Development Authority.
As the Deputy is aware, the Government have provided valuable incentives to encourage the establishment and development of industries. It is for private enterprise to take advantage of these facilities, and the Deputy may take it that any sound proposals for the establishment of industries will be given all possible assistance.
