(South Tipperary) asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state in respect of industrial development in Ireland over the past decade by outside, non-national, concerns, such as those relating to manufacturing, extraction or mining (a) the total amount of capital provided from national sources, (b) the total amount of foreign or non-national capital provided, and (c) the amount provided by each major industrial national source.
